EmblemHealth - Medical Coverage

Local 802 members with EmblemHealth medical coverage can access plan information, locate participating providers, review benefits and coverage, and manage their health plan through EmblemHealth.

Local 802's EmblemHealth coverage uses the Bridge Network. Members should refer to their current plan documents and EmblemHealth member information for specific coverage, copay, deductible, and eligibility details.

MetLife - Dental PPO

Local 802 members with MetLife dental coverage have access to a Dental PPO Plan that allows members to use both in-network and out-of-network dentists. Participating dentists agree to MetLife's negotiated fees, which can help reduce members' out-of-pocket costs for covered dental services.

Members can use MetLife's online services to locate participating dentists, review their individual coverage and benefits, view claims, and access other dental plan information.

MetLife VisionAccess - Vision Discount Program

MetLife VisionAccess is a vision discount program available to Local 802 members and their families. The program provides access to participating vision providers and discounts on services such as eye exams, glasses and frames, and laser vision correction.

VisionAccess is a discount program, not vision insurance. The program is provided through VSP and does not require enrollment in other MetLife benefits.
